This practice operates on referral and organic patient sources and offers high compensation along with a bonus structure and pathway to ownership. This full-time periodontal position is just 4 days a week and requires a wide range of procedural fluency in soft and hard tissue grafts, periodontal osseous and laser surgery, pinhole, allograft, and autogenous grafting. They do also offer full mouth implant rehabilitation and guided implant surgeries. Don’t let the work expectation intimidate you – all assistants are credentialed and highly trained.
