Dr.  Stan Halpern earned his BS and DDS from Emory University. He completed his general practice residency at Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital and his periodontics residency at Emory University. He worked as a periodontist for over 30 years and recently retired after transitioning from owner to associate at his own practice.

It was when he asked himself “What is the end game?” that he decided it was time to sell but not retire. The team at UDBA helped him transition his practice from owner to associate where he stayed on for four years. Stan has been a broker at UDBA for the past several years and enjoys helping fellow dentists tackle one of their most difficult professional hurdles– selling or transitioning a practice.
