We’re looking for dentists to join our team as a Lead Generator or Dental Broker. Both opportunities are ideal for those looking for a second stream of income, retirees wanting to stay active in the industry, or those ready to try something new – all while helping fellow dentists navigate practice transitions. Lead Generators

A Lead Generator proactively identifies, attracts, and qualifies practice owners who are ready to sell, then introduces them to a member of our dental broker team as qualified prospects.

A Lead Generator proactively identifies, attracts, and qualifies practice owners who are ready to sell, then introduces them to a member of our dental broker team as qualified prospects.

As a Lead Generator, you would:

  • Identify practice owners ready to sell
  • Connect these practice owners to the UDBA team
  • Earn a percentage of commission when the practice closes

This is an excellent opportunity for dentists, consultants, and industry professionals with strong dental relationships who want to create additional income while helping colleagues through successful transitions.

A Dental Broker helps dentists buy, sell, or transition ownership of a dental practice. Think of them as the trusted guide and “matchmaker” for practice transitions.

As a Dental Broker, you would:

  • Work with dentists looking to buy or sell a practice 
  • Connect practice owners with associate candidates
  • Help associates find new career opportunities

Our organization brings together a highly experienced team of MBAs, CPAs, Business Appraisers, Marketing Specialists, and Dentists who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive transition support. Together we would provide clients with a comprehensive practice valuation, confidential marketing, negotiation support and transition planning.
