The owner-doctor plans to transition the practice to the right candidate within the next two to five years and is committed to providing mentorship and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

This thriving, privately owned, fee-for-service practice has a loyal patient base, state-of-the-art technology, and a fully paperless, efficient workflow. Their well-trained clinical and administrative team is supportive, experienced, and highly stable, with many team members having been with the practice for more than 20 years. A new associate can expect mentorship from a pioneer in conservative adhesive dentistry, along with exceptional continuing education opportunities, including PHAST Laser Training, IAOMT Fundamentals, Ozone Training, and SMART Certification. This busy, referral-based single-location practice offers a friendly atmosphere with no nights or weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 / day for first 3 months with a transition to percentage of collections to increase salary
